Modular Plus Home System Incorporated was established in the 22nd of September 2010 with principal office located at #19 San Joaquin Norte, Agoo, 2504 La Union. Key officers are Mr. Rogelio P Chan, the Patriach (President and CEO) and Nelson S. Chan (Chief Financial Officer) who holds the majority ownership. Business operations is personally supervised by Mr. Nelson S. Chan who possesses a vast technical knowledge and exceptional skills in the field of wood working. He has gained his expertise being in the industry for 30 years.

The company is popularly known as “Modular Plus”, North Luzon’s leading professional manufacturer of top-of-the-line housing components such as kitchen cabinets and countertops, walk-in closet, office and toilet partitions, wall and ceiling cladding. A major breakthrough in producing Doors & Jambs with versatile styling and a wide range of textures and colors has occurred. It’s pioneering the “dry-type installation” method for doors and door jambs, making supply and installation more advanced and modern. Modular Plus is recognized for high-quality workmanship, competitive pricing, quick delivery, and excellent aftersales support.

Modular Plus is a dynamic and innovative company. All the levels of a traditional carpentry simply cannot compete with items of greater design and innovations; speed and accuracy and practical solutions that are highly artistic. Customer’s concepts are freely designed and products are sterling and versatile depending on customers’ budget and fit in proportion to space. In the initial salvo of 2013 it has upgraded its two most vital machines into top notch high quality performance machines by importing German Holzher CUT 6120 and SPRINT 1327. In January 2016, the company bought a new edgebanding machine by notably importing a highly automated SPRINT 1329 to further guarantee the high-quality processing of edges in order to achieve optimum product quality. Another machine was acquired in Year 2018, the HolzHer CNC Evolution Model#7405.

To further improve productivity, the firm continued to acquire new machines in year 2019-2020. Production process is now equipped with a 45° Edgebanding Machine from Vietnam, Piece-Together Machine from China, CNC Solid Wood Door Lock Digging Machine from China. To upgrade the company’s capacity of door production, newly-acquired machine from Chai Wood Engineering in Malaysia that arrived in October 2023 is a complete line of woodworking machine, Heavy Duty Double End Tenoner 6 Spindles for door cutting, planning and grooving. With this innovation, it helps optimize production processes and maximize efficiency to increase productivity. The owners are optimistic to become more competitive especially in generating high rise projects.
